The Club has a skills update arranged for Coaches and Leaders on Sunday 22nd March from 10.00 to 16.00. This replaces the event originally scheduled for last October but which was postponed because of the weather.
The programme is the same as last time, with workshops on the following:
1. Basic Skills
2. Rescues
3. Towing
4. Landing and launching from rocks
5.Use of throwlines
There is no charge for what promises to be an enjoyable and informative day. It is suitable for both kayaks and SUP’s. Hopefully there will be a good turn out prior to the start of the summer season. If you are going to come please let Kevin know either at one of the sessions or send a message.
